It was pretty much what everyone talked about both before and after the show at LFW. Before probably because it was Rihanna’s first and River Islands biggest design collaboration to date and after definitely because people seemed to be very surprised of what we saw on the night. I have to say I was among the surprised, but my grungy, rocky predictions were proven wrong with a very sleek, minimal collection. A range of very versatile pieces stripped back from the unnecessary fuss, and a long list of separates I look forward to wearing this spring.
Congrats on a successful collection to both RiRi and RI - wait what? That can’t be a coincidence!

I don't really like this collection... I don't know, but nothing seems really "wearable" to me. I wonder why all the models aren't wearing any bras hahaha!

I think a few people saw this collection as unwearable, but personally, I thought it was spot on. I think its important to remember that you aren't wearing all the pieces at once, but integrating them into other outfits and that makes it much more wearable.

love the 90's trend and this collection is such a homage to it. definitely looks wearable to me! obviously not how the models are styled but the individual pieces will work with so many differnt styles and outfits.

I read bad reviews online after the show. Then I saw the collection. I personally have no problem with it. I love every piece and consider them all very wearable. River Island deliver to Nigeria. Hopefully they put the collection online so I can grab myself a few pieces. Worth saving up my pay for.
